Senior CVs aren't junior CVs with more bullets. They're a different document — scope-led, P&L-led, narrative-led. Here's how to write yours.
An executive CV is judged on three signals in the first 6 seconds:
- **Scope.** Team size, budget, P&L, geography.
- **Outcomes.** Revenue, margin, NRR, market share, valuation.
- **Narrative.** Where you've been and why this is the logical next role.
Lead with scope, every time
