Editorial principles
Every rewrite is grounded in what you actually did. ResumAI never invents titles, dates, employers, certifications or metrics. Numeric impact is added only when the user provides it — we prompt for it, we don't fabricate it.

ATS systems we test against

Data sources
Salary bands come from public labour-market data (Eurostat, ONS, BLS, INE) and are refreshed quarterly. Role skill lists come from analysis of 10,000+ recent job postings across LinkedIn, Indeed and company career sites.
How our AI is trained to write
Bullet rewrites follow the STAR/CAR frameworks (Situation-Task-Action-Result / Context-Action-Result). Every bullet must have an action verb, a scope, and — where the user provided one — a measurable outcome.
